What's Wine About? - Wine Tasting for Beginners

An introductory course covering the basics of wine tasting and analysis. Start with red and white varietals, then move on to more exotic types, looking at the influence of wine making on wine styles. Tasting fee $25 per person per session, payable to the tutor a week in advance. Bring six wine-tasting glasses (XL5/ISO if possible - available from Moore Wilsons). NB: For over 18s only.
