Parents-To-Be (Antenatal Course)

The essential course for prospective parents and/or a support person (with mothers preferably in their mid-second trimester onwards). Learn about care in pregnancy, layette, labour pain relief, the role of the support person, interventions, birth, breast-feeding, bathing, CPR and more. There are five weeks of pre-natal sessions at Wellington High School and one post-natal session (at a date to be arranged). Please note course fee is per individual.
