Break Free from Emotional Eating

Take a closer look at the emotional drivers that may underlie your relationship with food, with a specialist in the area of mind/body interaction.

Description

Maybe you’ve been working on the behavioural aspects of weight loss; perhaps now’s the time to look at the emotional aspects. If your weight pattern has an emotional driver that's not addressed, it will be impossible to maintain new habits for the long term.

Perhaps you eat when lonely, bored, stressed, depressed or when you're angry and can't express it? Maybe in the past you've used weight as an excuse to limit yourself, not engage in relationships or hide in the background?

By the end of the seminar, you’ll be able to:
• Understand the link between food and emotions
• Describe some of the different emotional drivers
• Identify your own emotional eating patterns
• Strengthen your subconscious ability to maintain your life plan
