Suitable for both vegetarians and meat-eaters, these versatile and easy-to-make wraps are great for lunches, barbecues or finger food at parties or any time!
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
• Make different wraps, incorporating a range of different flavours
• Create a range of fillings (both vegetarian and meat)
• Make several chutneys to accompany the wraps
• Present the finished products decoratively
Some ingredients provided but a list of additional things to bring (approximate weekly cost $20) will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed. Bring an apron, dishcloth, tea towels and containers to take any leftovers home.
