Cake Decorating - Delightfully Decorated Cakes

Description

Learn how to make a variety of delicious cakes (with butter icings to compliment them) and develop skills in decoration making, using coloured fondant and chocolate. By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge and skill needed to create delicious decorative cakes for any special occasion.

(NB: This is NOT a course in rolled fondant icing). Most ingredients provided [you will need to bake and bring a cake for sessions 2 and 4] but every week bring your own palette knife, dishcloth, tea towels, apron and containers to take goodies home!
