Learn how to make a variety of delicious cakes (with butter icings to compliment them) and develop skills in decoration making, using coloured fondant and chocolate. By the end of the day, you’ll have the knowledge and skill needed to create delicious decorative cakes for any special occasion.

NB: This is NOT a course in rolled fondant icing.  Ingredients provided but you will need to bring your own palette knife.
