Yoga - Continuing [Newlands College]

Description

Build on the experience gained during the Yoga Level 1 course to expand your knowledge of the basic yoga postures and breathing and relaxation techniques. We will start incorporating simple flows of postures into the practice to encourage greater breath awareness. Gentle flowing yoga practice also enables to achieve deeper relaxation through movement.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket and bottle of water.

Prerequisites

For those who have completed the Level 1 course or equivalent.
