Eating well is crucial for healthy living. However, every day we’re bombarded with conflicting information, myths and misconceptions about diets.
This two-hour session takes you through the latest science-based information about mainstream diets. Come along to find out which diets are supported by evidence. You’ll also learn tips to stay up- to-date with the research on healthy eating.
