Italian Baking

Spoil your sweet tooth as a real Italian baker takes you on a delicious trip and learn how to bake some of the most famous and yummiest Italian desserts and treats.


Discover how to make bignè, kranz, baci di dama, strudel and of course, the renowned tiramisu, using precious family recipes that will make you feel as if you were really there. You’ll learn basic and more complex preparations and you’ll come home every night with a box of treats, a few priceless secret recipes, some new Italian words and a big smile! Every night there will be a main cake to bake plus more small easier recipes and demos to show you a good part of the Italian baking scene.


By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
• Follow an Italian recipe from start to finish
• Make an authentic Tiramisù and Strudel
• Make an authentic Kranz and bignè
• Be organised, creative and tidy in a kitchen all at once

All ingredients included in course fee. Please bring an apron, dishcloth, and a couple of tea towels plus containers to take food home.

Note:  Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel.
