Take a gastronomic tour through the Mediterranean and Adriatic regions, cooking meal-size recipes from Turkey, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Greece and Morocco.
Marija takes inspiration from her Croatian heritage as she shares recipes from a range of Mediterranean and Adriatic countries. Flavoursome and easy to make, you'll create mains (meat, chicken and fish), side dishes and desserts to impress family and friends.
Some communal ingredients supplied but the list of additional ingredients needed will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed (approximate weekly cost $20-25).
By the end of the course, you'll:
• Have made a selection of delicious food, using recipes inspired from countries bordering the Mediterranean
• Have food to take home
• Be able to follow a recipe using correct procedures
• Be inspired and feel more confident to try course recipes at home
