Make a cake and butter icings, and develop skills in decoration making, using coloured flower paste and chocolate. All ingredients provided.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the knowledge and skill to create delicious decorative cakes for any special occasion. (NB: This is NOT a course in rolled fondant icing).
Most ingredients provided but bring your own palette knife, dishcloth, tea towels, apron and containers to take goodies home.
By the end of the workshop, you'll be able to:
• Make a cake and flavoured buttercream icings
• Layer a cake and develop basic icing skills using a palette knife, piping bag and nozzle
• Create decorations using flower paste and chocolate
• Decorate a cake for a special occasion
