Cooking: Tapas - Small Plates

A social way to eat and an excuse to try one of everything, tapas are popular worldwide. Make an array of small plates to take home each week, many inspired by Spanish favourites.


You’ll make a range of tasty meat and vegetarian recipes to take home each week, including Marija's ever-popular lamb and mint meatballs, haloumi and honey, empanadillas and much more!

Some communal ingredients supplied but the list of additional ingredients needed will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed (approximate weekly cost $20-25). 

By the end of the course, you'll:
• Have created a wide range of ‘small plate’ recipes, suitable to serve as tapas, meal starters or accompaniments
• Be inspired and feel more confident to try course recipes at home
• Be able to follow a recipe using correct procedures

Note:  Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel.
