Term 3 class - first four sessions run from 5.30-6.30pm and last three sessions are 5.30-6.30pm.
Join our undefeated NZ Amateur Champion dancer and experienced instructor, Robert Spring, in a series of one-hour sessions over 8 weeks that will get you started with the Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba and Jive, along with some novelty dances. Suitable for singles or couples.
By the end of the course, you'll be able to:
• Demonstrate with confidence the basic steps and movements of several dances, including Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba and Jive
• Count music
• Lead (gentlemen) and follow (women)
• Respond to different dance rhythms
• Improve your fitness
• Have fun
Please wear shoes and clothes that are comfortable for dancing.
