Find out how to make perfect macarons and learn a variety of delicious ways to flavour and fill them using meringue buttercream and ganache. Develop piping techniques to create a neat finish.
All ingredients provided, but please bring an apron, a large container, a tea towel and dishcloth.
By the end of the workshop, you'll have the knowledge and skill needed to create delicious and beautifully presented macarons at home and will be able to:
- Make macarons shells which have a foot (pied)
- Make flavoured italian meringue buttercream and ganaches for filling macarons
- Be able to neatly fill macaron shells for neat presentation
