During this intensely practical, hands-on workshop, you’ll be taken through the step-by-step cheesemaking process to make a vegan halloumi, ricotta and marinated feta cheese. You’ll then get to take the cheeses you have created home to show off!
All ingredients are provided in this two-hour workshop and you’ll take away the recipes and a full set of course notes as well. You’ll also receive comprehensive instruction on how to store and serve your cheeses. Samples of vegan cheeses will also be served up during the session for you to enjoy.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:
• Make marinated vegan feta, halloumi and ricotta
• Feel confident about making these cheeses at home
• Know where to source your home cheese making equipment
