Roadmaps to Psychological Well-Being

Psychological health is defined as a state of wellbeing in which every individual realises his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life and can work productively and fruitfully and contribute to his/her own community. This 2-hour talk will provide you with insights into physical and physiological processes that lead to various mental health problems and provide you with tools to cope with them.


Health is wealth is an old saying and it's so true in the present circumstances while we are still coping with the after-effects created by the Covid-19 pandemic and prolonged lockdowns all around the globe.

Coping with the resultant rise in already existing mental health issues has become ever more important.

During this 2-hour workshop you'll:

• Gain insights into physiological, social, and psychological processes leading to stress, anxiety, depression, and other related problems
• Learn the underlying factors and processes affecting memory, emotions and decision making
• Learn simple and effective coping skills
• Gain insights into the basics of positive psychology

Note:  Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel.
