Come along for a morning filled with the aromas of Indian sweets, redolent of almonds, ghee and spices.
You'll be taken through the process of how to make authentic tasting sweets such as Chocolate Penda (made with milk powder), Semolina Laadu (made with semolina), Gulab Jamun (dumplings in sweet syrup), Kajur Khalti (made with almonds), Jalebi (crunchy swirls dipped in sugar syrup) and Apple Barfi.
Not suitable for vegans or people with nut allergies.
All ingredients included in course fee, a list of things of bring along on the day will be detailed in your course instructions.
