This course is for anyone who needs help finishing a passion project! Are you someone that loves to start new things but has trouble finishing them off? Do you find yourself getting distracted by fresher and more exciting ideas, only to realise that they’re stopping you from completing any of them? And are you getting frustrated with the amount of good ideas piling up that never seem to get out the door? Then this course is for you!

 This course offers a framework to help you realise your creative vision and get your projects across the line – all the way through from concept to creation. Together, we workshop the framework and you get the opportunity to apply fresh thinking to your passion project and understand some of the things that may be holding you up from getting it done.

 What could be more satisfying than competing your passion project and putting a big tick against it? Let’s do this!

Our passion projects framework covers five key areas:

 The vision: being able to clearly articulate what our passion project is, why it’s important and what difference it will make to our lives, or the lives of others, when we complete it. Getting clear on what success looks like is hugely valuable in helping us set out our path to success.

• The scope: defining all of the components of our project can help break it down into do-able pieces. We’ll also workshop what happens when how we define the project changes – and what we do to keep our vision alive and achievable!
• The team: Every passion project needs a team. From champions to cheerleaders, helpers and sense-checkers, we workshop who you can enlist to help keep your passion project a priority.
• Navigating roadblocks: Every passion project comes up against challenges. We work shop all the things that can derail your project, from fear, resistance, imposter syndrome, perfection paralysis, and basic time and scheduling commitments. We also explore techniques that can help you navigate the challenges, remove roadblocks and pave the way for your passion project to come out successfully on the other side!
• Making space for success: making space for good things to happen is just as important as anything! Here we workshop how we create opportunities to bring our passion project to completion and celebrate its journey into the world. We explore different ways to tell the story of our work, and ensure that our vision of success is realised.

 By the end of the course, you will

• Have fresh clarity on your goals and why they are important to you
• Have a new understanding about some of the roadblocks that may be holding you up – and what to do about them
• Have a plan for completing your passion project, and a kete of tools to help you on the road to completion
• Have the confidence to talk about your passion project to others and share your project with the world
• Have a sense of pride and satisfaction in seeing your vision through to completion.

Note:  Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel.
