Tai Chi

Tai Chi is meditation in motion and beneficial for your health, balance and concentration.

Description

Instruction is given in 12 Yang-style forms and you will be able to perform these forms with confidence.  You'll also gain a good understanding of the martial applications and health benefits involved.

By the end of the course, you'll have had an introduction to this martial art and will: 

• Be able to demonstrate the Yang-style forms
• Have enhanced suppleness
• Have better balance
• Have better concentration
• Have practised exercises for enhanced blood circulation and energy

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.

Note:  Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel.
