Noriko Soga

After completing her chef training in Japan, Noriko travelled to France to further her education in the culinary arts. After obtaining the Grand Diplom with Distinction at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, she immigrated to New Zealand.

As a mother of two, keeping her children healthy and happy is extremely important. To do so, Noriko believes we need to nourish them with wholesome ingredients and quality home cooking. Promoting healthy eating habits and eating well from a young age will help prevent obesity and diabetes in later life.

Through her cooking classes, she would like to share her culinary knowledge and skills to teach participants to prepare healthy yet delicious meals for the entire family - she would be honoured and delighted to share her recipes to promote healthy family eating in New Zealand.
