Adam is a passionate cook, hailing from southern California where he developed a keen appreciation for delicious vegan food. He studied cooking at The Natural Gourmet Institute, a cooking school in New York City that trains its students to view cooking through a holistic approach — to know about all sorts of diets and eating habits, to be ready to work in fast-paced restaurants, and appreciate specialty ingredients. Adam currently works at Common Sense Organics and loves to hear about all the delish things that his customers are making.
