Ever since tasting Kimchi, Julia has been hooked on the magic of turning simple ingredients into complex flavours through fermentation.

 She’s a keen experimenter, and there is always a jar of something interesting bubbling away in a dark spot in her kitchen. She loves to share tips and tricks with other fermenters, and spread her love of fermenting to those who have not yet tried it.

 Visitors to Julia’s house often leave with a jar of something fermented and delicious, come along to one of her courses to do the same yourself!
