Delicious traditional Indian dishes (not based on ghee and cream!) are the focus in this four-session course where Manjula will share with you the recipes, flavours and aromas she grew up with.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
• Discuss the flavours and spices used in Indian and Gujarati cuisine
• Know where to purchase ingredients for a selection of vegetarian and meat dishes and finger food
• Read and follow a range of recipes step-by-step
• Create a range of classic dishes from Southern and Northern India as cooked at home
All ingredients included in course fee.
Bring an apron, dishcloth, and a couple of tea towels and four containers with lids to take any leftovers home.
