This certified Mental Health First Aid course, will teach you the skills and knowledge to recognise and respond to someone experiencing mental health challenges. Course fees: If you are a NZ citizen/Permanent Resident Visa the course fee is $199 (evidence of eligibility required). Others pay $499.

Famous singers such as Lewis Capaldi and Sia and actors such as Ryan Gosling and Channing Tatum, have discussed their neurodiverse conditions. Lockdowns and social media have driven many adults to have startling realisations about their own neurodiverse conditions. It seems suddenly – all at once – the world has become aware that 15-20% of people have different types of brains.
