Come along and learn how to create wonderful Vietnamese dishes bursting with fresh flavours.
Depending on what's seasonally available, dishes taught may include some of the following: green papaya prawn salad (Nộm tôm đu đủ xanh), lemongrass chicken stir fry with steamed rice (Cơm Gà rang sả) , grilled pork noodle and fried rolls (bún nem thịt nướng) and beef noodle soup (Phở bò).
All ingredients provided but bring an apron, dish cloth, tea towels and containers to take food home.
