Cooking: Homemade Chinese Dumplings and Spring Rolls

Make your own dumpling skins and fill them with tasty fillings. Learn to make spring roll skins and side dishes to fill your spring rolls with. They are perfect for lunch, snacks or dinner.

Some communal ingredients will be supplied but a list of additional ingredients needed will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed (approx cost $35).

Please bring an apron, dish cloth, small rolling pin, sharp knife, tea towels and containers to take food home.

Not suitable for those who are vegetarian or gluten-free.

(Our cooking courses are designed to provide a collaborative and immersive learning experience where learners often work in pairs and/or groups. While we wish to create an inclusive environment for all participants, it is important to note that our courses are unable to accommodate specific food allergies or deviate from the preplanned dishes and menus.)

Note:  Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel.
