Love dumplings and spring rolls? Keen to make your own but unsure where to start? Come and discover how you can easily make these at home. Some communal ingredients included in course fee, a list of other ingredients to bring will be sent out before the course starts (approx. cost $35). Not suitable for those who are vegetarian or gluten-free.

Description

Make your own dumpling skins and fill them with tasty fillings. Learn to make spring roll skins and side dishes to fill your spring rolls with. They are perfect for lunch, snacks or dinner.

Some communal ingredients will be supplied but a list of additional ingredients needed will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed (approx cost $35).

Please bring an apron, dish cloth, small rolling pin, sharp knife, tea towels and containers to take food home.

Not suitable for those who are vegetarian or gluten-free.

Note:  Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel.
