Men's Health & Aging: Take Charge of Your Future

Course is free for NZ citizens and residents (please bring photo ID when attending workshop).  If you are not a NZ citizen or resident a fee of $99 will apply, please phone the office on 04 385 8919 to register.

Aging is inevitable, but how you age is up to you. This essential course offers men a rare opportunity to confront the physical, mental, and social changes that come with age, with a holistic approach to staying strong and engaged.

This course is subsidised with funding from the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) and you must provide photo ID when you attend your first session, if applicable.

Note:  Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel.
