Creative Problem-Solving Workshop

Through engaging puzzles, group activities, and proven creativity techniques, you'll discover how to tackle challenges from new angles and find solutions you might never have considered. Learn to break through mental blocks, generate innovative ideas, and lead groups to make better decisions together. This workshop draws on Neil's background in teaching, test-preparation, and creative thinking to help you unlock your natural problem-solving abilities in a supportive environment.

Who This Workshop Is For: This workshop is for anyone who faces challenges at work, leads meetings or teams, manages projects, or simply wants to become a better problem solver. Perfect for team leaders, community organizers, and anyone who's ever been stuck in an unproductive meeting wondering "there must be a better way!" No special background needed—just bring your curiosity and willingness to try new approaches.

What to Expect: A day filled with interactive activities, problem-solving challenges, and practical techniques you can use right away. You'll learn proven steps and while practicing facilitation skills to help groups make decisions more effectively. Neil creates a relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable contributing ideas and experimenting with new approaches. You'll leave with specific tools you can apply to your own challenges, plus handouts to help you remember what you've learned.
