AI Masterclass: Going Further with AI

You’ve been using AI for a while – maybe daily. You know how to prompt. But you’re still doing one-shot chats when your work deserves a proper system. This masterclass changes that.

Before you arrive, you’ll fill in a short intake form – what you do, what you want AI for, and what you can’t do (paste client data into public ChatGPT, work outside regulated tools, etc.). Jon reads every submission before class and shapes the day around the room. We won’t be doing a generic feature tour; the day is built to be a hands-on and customised workshop.

We’ll spend the day wiring AI into your actual work: the Claude desktop app, connectors to the tools you already use, a project built around your real documents and tasks, and Claude Design. You’ll leave with a working AI system to improve your life and work.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:

•     Set up the Claude desktop app with Chat, Co-work, and Code – ready for real work

•     Enable and use connectors (Gmail, Drive, calendar) – and know which ones to leave off

•     Build a Claude project around your own documents and tasks, with voice input and plan mode

•     Write operating rules for your workspace – constraints, verification triggers, what never goes in public chat

•     Discover and run Anthropic-provided skills on your real task

•     Stress-test your output with synthetic personas before you ship

•     Produce polished visual artifacts with Claude Design

•     Apply professional judgement: when to delegate, when to verify, when not to use AI at all

 Please bring: A laptop (Co-work and Code need a keyboard). The Claude desktop app installed and signed in. A paid Claude subscription (Pro or Team) – required for connectors, Co-work, and skills. Your intake form submitted at least 3 days before class. One real task you want to work on.

A condition of enrolment is that you must provide photo ID when you attend.

Have completed Getting the Most from AI (Tier 1) – or equivalent: regular Claude or ChatGPT use, basic security habits, and some experience with Projects or custom instructions. This is not a beginner class.
