Sarah Mackenzie

Sarah Mackenzie is a French trained Pastry Chef with 20 years experience working in bakeries, cafes, restaurants and running her own business.


She trained at the Le Cordon Bleu School in Wellington and has worked at places such as Nikau Cafe, Baker Gramercy, Rita and Floraditas and has had her own business supplying many Wellington cafes. She has also run her own cafe, Flùr.
