About 1 in 5 New Zealand adults experience a common mental illness each year. Understanding how to talk about mental health and help someone in need are important skills. This certified Mental Health First Aid course, will teach you the skills and knowledge to recognise and respond to someone experiencing mental health challenges. (NZ Citizens and residents pay $199 with ID, all others pay $499).
