Due to demand, Mei-Fen has added some delicious new dishes but you don’t have to have done her first course to join in!
By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:
• Follow recipes using correct procedures
• Create a selection of tasty Singapore Hawker dishes, which may includes recipes such as Chicken Rendang, Nasi Lemak and Char Kway Teow
• Feel more confident to cook Singapore Hawker Food at home
Some ingredients supplied but a list of additional ingredients needed (approximate cost $25) will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed. NOTE: Nuts and gluten will be used in some recipes - this course is not suitable for vegetarians.
