Homemade egg noodles topped with your favourite sauce creates a tasty meal. Learn how to create Chinese style egg noodles that can serve as the basis for many traditional noodle dishes. Create soft meat buns in the traditional Chinese style. Filled with succulent and juicy meat filling, these buns are perfect for a simple breakfast, lunch or snack.
Some communal ingredients will be supplied but a list of additional ingredients needed will be sent out when course numbers are confirmed. (approximate cost $25-$30)
Please bring an apron, dish cloth, small rolling pin, sharp knife, tea towels and containers to take food home.
